The rapid and dynamic changes in our culture and lifestyle have left many not sufficiently equipped with skills to deal with the demands and stresses of life. Our aim is to create an avenue where people could acquire or enhance their life skills.
The UNICEF, UNESCO and WHO defines life skills as “psychosocial abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life.” These abilities include self-awareness, critical thinking, creative thinking, problem solving, decision making, effective communication, empathy, interpersonal relationship, dealing with stress, and coping with emotions.

Enhancing skills for better life
We believe that developing and strengthening life skills would enable us to enjoy better quality of life. It would enable us to effectively manage the demands and challenges that we face on a daily basis and make better choices.
We don’t take a cookie-cutter approach to our programs. We believe that people are created and gifted with a unique set of skills and talents and life experiences. Each engagement is therefore tailored recognizing that context.
Our life skills programs are grouped into Thinking Skills, Social Skills, and Emotional Skills. Each life skill program is delivered using a group-mentoring approach.
